Great start to the week Overdrivers! Way to hit all of your Strength lifts and stick with the programming. You will all be stronger and faster very soon! Today will be an active rest and deload day so enjoy the conditioning. 🙂

Tech/Skill : Choose ONE glaring weakness and work on it with coach for 15 minutes(trust me, you will make make an improvement)
*Once finished, write this weakness on the whiteboard beside your name and say how you improved. (ex. HSPU – used 1 mat instead of 2, able to find hollow position)

WOD :
1. 5 sets of 250 m row, rest 1 min between efforts(score is total time)
Rest and recover, then
2. 5 sets of 200 m sprints, rest 1 min between efforts(score is total time)

Post-WOD : Stretch, roll out, mobilize using Sticks, lacrosse balls, bands, and the wall.
