Monday – “Fran”

Hope everyone had a great weekend and rested up as last week was a true test of your lower body muscular endurance. Saturday Team WOD was yet another great turnout and continues to be one of Overdrive’s well-known traditions! So, without further adieu, I will hand off the baton to Coach Herbie as he will try his hand at some fun this week. 🙂
