20 rep max Back Squat(try 5-10 lbs heavier than your last effort)

WOD : “Morrison”

50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 24/16 kg

*Coaches, allow 30-35 minutes for WOD.
