Friday – Open Gym

Today is Open Gym. Students may make up any WOD from this week only AFTER completing steps 1 and 2.

1. If you are part of the Nutrition Challenge, complete ALL test measures today in your warm-up.
2. ALL students must take 20 minutes and practice an Olympic lift, either the Snatch or Clean & Jerk. Your practice must be approved by a coach.
