“Want Some Cheese With Your Wine” Wednesday

Part A.) Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3(Warm-up to 3 rep max, THEN start. These sets should be perfect, powerful, full effort squats!)

Part B.) Wod: 100 Med Ball Cleans (20/14), for time 🙂

Part C.) Cashout: 10 minutes of  stretch and mobility on lower body(Sticks, balls, rollers, bands, walls, etc. Remember, a few minutes per muscle group will do!)
