Saturday Team WOD

Games WOD 11.5 redos/first-timers will begin at 12 noon with heats going at 12:15 pm and 12:45 pm.

Team WOD:
In teams of two, complete the following –
400m partner mb run (14)
100 push presses
400m partner mb run
100 box jumps
400m partner mb run
100 pushups
400m partner mb run
50 partner wall balls (14)

On partner med ball run ball must not touch the ground. If it does it’s a 5 burpee penalty per person. Can pass the ball to partner when tired.

Min 5 reps, max 10 reps on all exercises.
