How long have you been Crossfitting?
Just over 1 year
Type of training you did before Crossfit?
Not much!!! Jogging once in awhile
What are your favorite workouts, WODs?
I like WODs with lots of variety and movements
What are your hobbies outside of the gym?
Doing puzzles, bowling, relaxing, and watching movies.
What sort of advice would you give to newcomers, or anyone who is scared/intimidated of trying Crossfit for the first time?
Come once and you’ll be addicted! It’s not as scary as it seems, I was scared the first time I came, but everyone was so supportive, helpful, and friendly. I couldn’t help but love it!
Describe how Crossfit has changed your life.
Crossfit has made me realize I am capable of a lot more than I realized. I can do things I never thought I could do. Also, being 8 months pregnant, it has helped me be healthier and kept me active for a healthy baby and lifestyle. Thank you Crossfit and our amazing coaches! 🙂
