Saturday – Team WOD

*Anyone wishing to redo the Games WOD #1, we will be running heats at 12 noon only.

Team WOD :
In equal teams and in relay fashion, complete the following:
A. 3 rds for time of –
200 m run
15 Box Jumps
15 KB Squat Cleans
30 Double Unders
15 Push-ups(with hand release)
15 GHD sit-ups
30 Split Lunges

Then, rest 2 minutes before beginning:

B. 10 minutes for each team member to find 1 RM Shoulder to OH.
