WOD :
With a continuous running clock, on the minute each minute, compete the following:
1 Hang Power Clean and 1 V-Sit, 1st minute
2 Hang Power Cleans and 2 V-Sits, 2nd minute
3 Hang Power Cleans and 3 V-Sits, 3rd minute,
So on, so forth…Continue on as long as you can. If you get to the minute that you can only complete the required reps for one exercise, then continue the workout with that movement only for as long as you can.
