Saturday Team WOD

In teams of 6, complete the following in “Fight Gone Bad” fashion:
3 rounds for total reps of –
1. Wall Balls
2. SDHP
3. Box Jumps
4. Push Press
5. Row for Calories
6. Burpees
-All members will be working at the same time, just starting at different stations. 1 minute stations, 6 minute rounds. 1 minute break in between rounds. Team with most reps wins.
