Strength : Deadlift(Week 4 – Deload)
1. 40% RM x 5
2. 50% RM x 5
3. 60% RM x 5

WOD : In teams of 2, complete the following –
Deadlift Ladder 1-10-1
Use 135/95 lbs
*Only 1 person working at a time(ex. 1st person does 1 rep, then 2nd person does 1 rep, 1st does 2 reps, 2nd does 2 reps, etc.)
*The bar MUST NOT rest on ground during reps; rest bar on thighs and re-grip if necessary
