Strength : Front Squat
Work up to a heavy single

WOD : In pairs, complete 3 rds of A and B
A. Hang Power Clean, Front Squat, Shoulder to Overhead 3,2,1 reps
B. Burpees, Pull-Ups, Toe-to-Bar 3-2-1 reps
-Format : 1st person do part A and B while 2nd person rests. Then switch. There are 3 rounds to be completed in total.
Ex. Cleans x 3, FS x 3, S to OH x 3; Cleans x 2, FS x 2, S to OH x 2; etc…
