Practice progressions…last week, we added another 3 students to this club!

WOD :
A.
Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk @ 1,2,3 reps x 3 sets; rest 3 minutes between sets
B. Bench Press
-75% RM x 5
-85% RM x 3
-95% RM x 1+(max reps until failure)
C. 500 m sprint row x 2 sets; rest 1 minute.
D. Negative Pull-Ups x 5 @ 5 sec descending tempo; rest 45 sec.
