Monday – “Crossfit Football Total”

WOD : “Crossfit Football Total”
1 RM of :
1. Power Clean(crease of knee must stay above parallel)
2. Back Squat(must be below parallel)
3. Bench Press(butt must remain on bench through press)
4. Deadlift(full extension of knees and hips at top of movement)
*Students will have 3 attempts at each lift. Total score is all 4 lifts combined.
