B) Heaving Snatch balance for 2,2,2
C) Snatch – take 15 minutes to find a moderate heavy single. If your still new to the lift stay light, focus on proper execution and speed under the bar.
D) Ground to over head 3 x 10 reps(135/95 lbs)
E) Front squat 3,3,3(heavy)
