Saturday Team WOD

Team WOD : 20 min AMRAP
5 Thrusters(95/65)
5 Box Jumps(24″)
5 Deadlifts(185/135)
5 Burpees

As a team of 4, with each team member starting on a different station, complete as many rounds possible in 20 min. So for example, if the 1st person starts at thrusters, they will finish with burpees. If the 2nd person starts with Box jumps, they will finish with thrusters. Each round completed as a team will count 4 points(4 members x 1 round each) Must maintain same order and no jumping ahead.
