OCTOBER – MUSCLE UP MONTH

FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, WE WILL BE FOCUSING ON GETTING EVERYONE DIALLED UP ON THE MUSCLE UP. WE WILL WORK ON PROGRESSIONS, UPPER BODY STRENGTH, MLS, AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES INTO A MUSCLE UP. SO, OVERDRIVERS, LETS START ADDING MORE MEMBERS TO THE MUSCLE UP CLUB!
