Satruday Team WOD

In preparation for the Winter Challenge, we will complete the following in teams of 4:

A. “Team” Filthy Fifty
50 Box Jumps
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 KB Swings
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Presses
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Balls
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
*Team member 1 completes exercises 1, 5, and 9. Team member 2 completes 2, 6, and 10. Member #3 completes 3 and 7. Member #4 completes 4 and 8. All 50 reps must be completed by the same athlete before the next athlete goes. Athletes must “tag” their teammate first before the next person goes.

B. Team total Max Overhead Squat
Immediately after the FF, take 30 minutes to each establish a max OHS 1 RM. Each person’s 1 RM will be added together for a total team score!
