Strength : Bench Press(Use Wendler Week 3)
1. 75% x 5
2. 85% x 3
3. 95% x 1+(max reps until failure)

Tech : Thruster
Use tempo for technique practice, realizing the core to extremity transfer of power

WOD : On the minute each minute
Complete 5 burpees on the minute each minute, then finish off the minute with as many thrusters as you can. Keep this up until 75 thrusters have been completed. Weight used is 95/65 lbs.
