WOD : Total “TeamWork”
Challenges –
In teams of 3, try and achieve the following:
1. Complete 4000 m total row distance in 5 minutes
2. Do a total combined weight of 8000 lbs from ground to overhead(75/55 lbs)
3. Complete 25 rounds of the 5 min AMRAP
-5 push ups
-10 sit ups
-15 squats
