Strength : Back Squat(Use Wendler Week 4)
1. 40% RM x 5
2. 50% RM x 5
3. 60% RM x 5

Tech : Squat Snatch

WOD : 3 rounds for time of
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball (10.5 foot target)
75 lb Squat snatches, 30 reps (movement initiates with barbell below the knees)
