Saturday Team WODs are now restricted to regular students and any new students who have fully completed their 101 training only.

TEAM WOD:
Students VS Coaches

For time, complete the following:
200 Thrusters(45/35)
100 Tire Flips(Big boy/Junior)
Row for 100 calories
300 KB Swings(24/16)
20-200 m Med Ball runs(20/14)

*One team member working at a time with a maximum 10 reps and minimum 5 reps. Rowing, max 15 cal, min 5 cal.
*Must maintain same order and use same equipment
